Taur; /ˈtaʊr/ noun (punjabi: ਟੌਰ) ; meaning style. Taur Shop is where ethnicity and elegance meet to create beautiful Punjabi juttis and accessories for the stylish sophisticated woman (and men).
The idea of Taur Shop was born in 2013 during a family wedding which, finally came to life in 2017. We are proud to say we have the largest and most extensive range of bespoke jewellery, juttis and accessories available in Australia!
All our pieces are handpicked to ensure they are in line with current trends coming straight from India – just because we are in Australia, it doesn’t mean our #taurbabes aren’t given the option of the most exclusive and latest styles!
Our aim is to bring our #taurbabes the most affordable, superior and high-quality jewellery available, all at the click of a button.
We specialise in ensuring our #taurbabes have accessories that are perfect for their outfit, including items being customised to any colour!

Our juttis are available in a vast range of colours and designs, plus they are double padded to provide extra comfort so that our #taurbabes and #menoftaur can dance the night away without having to worry about blisters and sore feet at the end of the night!

Returns & Exchanges
At Taur Shop we take a great deal of pride in the high-calibre of all our products. Every piece in our collection, is subject to an extensive quality control process before they are dispatched. This is why we have a no returns policy.
We will not accept refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept an exchange (or returns) on any of our jewellery once it has been dispatched by us.
In addition, we take a considerable amount effort and time to customise items therefore, any customised pieces, where we have modified the set/s, are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Please note: Items which are purchased during our sale periods are final and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
Our items are shipped using either our courier partners or Australia Post depending on location. Taur Shop will ensure that all items are packaged carefully to prevent any damage during the transit process.
What to do if you receive a damaged product:
Unfortunately sometimes accidents happen however, to ensure we can best deal with these incidents, you must advise us of the damaged products within 24 hours upon receiving your order. Please contact us through our email – info@taurshop.com with pictures, your order details and an detailed explanation of the damage. Once you have emailed us, we will guide you through the next steps.
Customisation
We are able to customise any of our items in a wide variety of colours, as per your needs. Once you have selected from the variety of products we have to offer, we will discuss the customisation required. Following this, when you are happy with the agreed changes, we will commence the process of altering, to create your very own, unique piece.
A payment of 50% (of the item cost) is required before any customisation work commences. If the customisation process begins and you wish to make any changes - further charges will apply.
Please ensure you have allowed adequate time for customised orders, as the process can take up to 10 business days (possibly longer during sale and holiday periods).
Please note: Once an item has been customised, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

Delivery
We understand the excitement our #taurbabes and #menoftaur experience to get their hand on their new Taur Shop goodies. Thereore, we will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days upon receiving confirmation of your order.
Deliveries are done via our courier partners or Australia post depending on location.
Taur Shop offers two types of delivery methods which are outlined below -

Standard Delivery ($9.90), please allow anywhere between 3-10 business days for Australia wide delivery. These deliveries are generally done through our courier partner.

Express Delivery ($20), please allow anywhere between 1-2 business days for Australia wide delivery. Express Deliveries are done using Australia Post. Please check Australia Post’s delivery network to ensure you fall under the Australia Post Express Delivery Network. Should you place an order which doesn’t fall under Australia Post’s network, Taur Shop will be in contact with you to discuss further.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from our courier partner or us which will include tracking details. If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please ensure you also check your junk or spam inbox as these emails sometimes are found there
At Taur Shop we also offer International Shipping for our international customers. International Shipping is at a flat rate of $45 (AUD). International Shipping can take anywhere between 5-20 business days depending on your region.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched delays faced due to our courier partner or Australia Post are beyond our control.
